Our focus is on the storage and order picking of products, including food, commercial goods, machine components, hazardous materials, and special waste. Our warehouse logistics in Rostock are characterized by efficient storage processes and offer a comprehensive solution for palletized goods, commercial products, and various other items. Storage is carried out as required and with a practical approach, considering logistical requirements such as storage duration, quantity, storage temperature, and other factors. Our Logistics Terminal 5 is equipped with various forklift and crane sizes, enabling us to handle logistics clients with machine components, even those of larger dimensions.
In addition to the core service of order picking, we offer supplementary services such as weld seam inspections and CSC container inspections. Our clients rely on our comprehensive range of services, which extends from disposal and cleaning to order picking and transport.

Food Logistics
Temperature-controlled transports – punctual, secure, HACCP certified
Our food logistics began in 2012 with HACCP certification and initially focused on seamlessly moving food products between various transport vehicles in our transshipment warehouse – a critical point where goods transition from long-haul transport to distribution vehicles. What started small has now become an indispensable part of our service offering.
With 15 specialized distribution vehicles and 6-10 vehicles in daily scheduled transport, all carefully temperature-controlled, we have continuously expanded our services. Additionally, we offer specialized storage options for frozen products. Our food logistics covers not only products requiring specific temperatures but also food items that do not need special refrigeration. We transport these both via our
part and full load transport, as well as, if necessary, through our HACCP-certified general cargo network. In the world of food logistics, we prioritize efficiency, temperature control, and safety to ensure that your products always reach their destination in optimal condition and on time.
Procurement Logistics
Utilization of general cargo networks and cooperations for the collection and direct or consolidated shipment of goods
Our procurement logistics extends beyond the classic A-to-B transport. As a member of two general cargo networks, we are able to ship goods not only throughout Germany and Europe but worldwide. These networks also provide us with the opportunity to transport small consignments for our clients to Rostock. Thus, we can not only operate in traditional part and full load transport but also collect goods from small businesses and deliver them directly or as consolidated shipments to our clients.
In addition to these networks, we maintain various bilateral agreements with partner freight forwarders. This enables us to exchange general cargo and partial loads, allowing us to react flexibly to our clients’ needs. Our procurement logistics is geared towards Europe-wide networking to ensure that your goods are always delivered or procured efficiently and reliably.

Hazardous Materials Logistics
Storage, handling, disposal, and transport of hazardous materials and special goods – competent, compliant, SQAS certified
In our specialized hazardous materials warehouse, also known as a dangerous goods warehouse, we are capable of storing a variety of hazardous materials, with the exception of radioactive substances. This warehouse is fully basemented to safely accommodate liquid, water-hazardous substances. The entire storage area is strictly monitored and divided into various categories to ensure optimal safety.
Our special goods warehouse also houses two buffer warehouses for our clients. We pick products as needed and, upon our clients’ request, also handle dispatch to third-party vehicles. In addition to hazardous materials logistics, our special goods terminal also includes our building materials logistics for corrosive substances or flammable liquids, as well as disposal logistics for hazardous waste.
As an SQAS-certified service provider, we transport these products via all transport routes. Our driving personnel, commercial staff, and warehouse employees are appropriately trained and qualified.
Building Materials Logistics
Order picking, assumption of the ordering process, and delivery – seamless and efficient
Our building materials logistics is characterized by an efficient buffer warehouse, which we replenish flexibly as needed. In doing so, we not only manage the ordering process but also, for example, mix paints and varnishes in our warehouse to meet the specific requirements of our clients. End consumers have the option to pick up their goods directly at our location or have them delivered by us the following day.
In addition to order picking capabilities, we have an alternative warehouse for building materials and organize various distribution tours for our clients. In this segment, we also utilize our truck-mounted forklifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Goods transport for retail – picked, precise, and on schedule
With our retail logistics, we serve various clients in the retail sector. We receive large quantities of goods, which we pick daily and deliver to various markets, typically also handling reverse and disposal logistics.
This area requires not only efficient warehouse logistics with sufficient transshipment space but also precise scheduling of transports in cooperation with logistics. Our part and full load transport procures various goods from different locations in Germany and delivers them to our warehouse for provision according to the retailers’ requirements. The distribution and area transport then ensures that the goods are delivered to the markets in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on schedule.
